  2. Rare roast beef on cocktail Yorkshire puddings with caramelised onion 
  3. Seafood masala, topped with pineapple sambals, garnished with pompodoms, served in mini bowls vase (seafood)
  4. Prawn cones with a seasonal salsa on a bed of dressed rocket, served with elegant sweet potato crisp tulles
  5. Potato and dill roesties topped with salmon roses, caviar and crème fresh
  6. Seared sesame crusted Tuna on a bed of lightly pickled cucumber noodles with wasabi mayo
  7. Potato tikki topped with spicy coriander chutney and cool cucumber riata, garnished with edible flowers
  8. Parmesan shortbread with a slow cooked tomato jam & roasted cherry tomato, garnished with basil pesto and parmesan shavings
  9. Crisp golden phyllo cups filled with wild exotic mushrooms marinated in truffle oil and delicate herbs topped with mild ricotta cheese
  10. Chocolate truffle trio: Dark chocolate truffles, orange and ginger truffles and chocolate chilli truffles
  11. Mini lemon meringues
  12. Berry creams in mini vase with Perspex transparent little spoons
